1. Who we are

Vectorise is a brand of Ikigai Consulting Private Limited.

In these Terms, "we", "us" and "Vectorise" mean Ikigai Consulting Private Limited. "You" means the parent or legal guardian who enrols. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. Who we contract with

This agreement is between you and us. You must be 18 or older and the parent or legal guardian of the child concerned. Your child benefits from our work but is not a party to this agreement. You make the decisions, you provide the information, and you are responsible for payment. By enrolling, you confirm you have the authority to engage us in relation to your child and to share their information with us.

3. What we do

Vectorise helps parents understand how their child is naturally wired, and translates that into a personalised roadmap across academics, enrichment and future readiness — followed by ongoing mentorship as the child grows. Our work is delivered in phases, beginning with a structured evaluation, moving into a career pathways report, then a holistic roadmap, and continuing through periodic check-ins. The specific scope, inclusions and duration of your engagement are confirmed to you at the time of enrolment and form part of this agreement.

4. Your engagement

Services are delivered online over the engagement period confirmed at enrolment. Sessions are scheduled at mutually agreed times. Where you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please give us reasonable notice so it can be rearranged. Sessions not used within the engagement period lapse. We may deliver sessions individually or in small groups, as suits the work. We decide the format. We may involve employees, associates or contractors in delivering the services. Anyone who works with us is bound by confidentiality. We remain responsible to you.

5. Fees

Fees are as stated at the time of enrolment and are exclusive of GST, charged additionally at the applicable rate. Payment is due in full before services begin, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may revise our fees at any time. This does not affect an engagement already paid for.

6. Refunds

Enrolment follows a free, no-obligation strategy call, where we discuss your child's situation and whether our approach is right for you. You decide to proceed with full knowledge of what is involved. Once you enrol and pay, fees are non-refundable.

7. What we do not promise

We provide guidance, evaluation and strategy. We do not guarantee any admission, examination result, scholarship, career outcome, placement or income. Outcomes depend on your child's own effort and choices, your decisions, institutional processes, and a changing world — none of which we control. Our work is educational and advisory. It is not psychological or psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, counselling, therapy or mental-health treatment, and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. The tools we use explore interests and strengths; they are not clinical instruments. If you have concerns about your child's mental health or wellbeing, please consult a qualified professional. Nothing we provide should replace that. We are not an admissions agency and do not apply to any institution on your behalf.

8. Astrology

Where you choose it, our evaluation may include a Vedic astrological reading. This is entirely optional and declining it does not affect anything else you receive. Where included, it is one interpretive lens among several, offered for reflection. It is not predictive or deterministic, is never the sole basis for any recommendation, and is never used to rule a pathway out. We make no claim as to its scientific validity. You engage with this element according to your own beliefs.

9. Information you give us

Our work depends on what you and your child tell us. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

We do not independently verify anything provided to us, including birth details or academic records. We are not responsible for outputs affected by inaccurate or incomplete information. Birth details are optional and you may decline to share them.

10. Our materials

Everything we use and produce — our methodology, frameworks, assessments, templates and materials — remains our property. Nothing here transfers ownership to you. LENS™, ATLAS™, Mosaic™ and the Vectorise name and marks are ours. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the reports we deliver for your own family's purposes. You may not copy, publish, distribute, resell or commercially use anything we provide, or share it with any third party, including a competing consultant or service provider, without our written consent. We provide our interpreted outputs. We do not share underlying assessment data or methodology.

11. Confidentiality

We keep your information and your child's information confidential, disclosing it only to those delivering the services under confidentiality obligations, or where the law requires. You keep confidential the materials we provide and the content of sessions, including anything shared by other families in a group setting.

12. Recordings

We may ask to record a session. We will always seek your permission first, and declining has no effect on the services you receive. Recordings are used internally only. We will not use a recording publicly or in any marketing without your separate written consent.

13. Ending the engagement

We may end this agreement immediately, with written notice and without refund, if you fail to pay, share or misuse our materials, behave abusively towards our team or other families, or otherwise materially breach these Terms. If you choose to discontinue, the engagement ends, remaining sessions lapse, and no refund is due. Clauses 10, 11, 14 and 15 continue to apply after the engagement ends.

14. Liability

Our total liability to you, however arising, is limited to the fees you have actually paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost opportunity, lost academic time, or lost earnings. Decisions about your child's education and future remain yours. We are not liable for decisions you or your child make, whether or not based on our guidance.

15. General

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including illness, infrastructure failure or government action. Affected sessions will be rescheduled. We may update these Terms. The version in effect when you enrol governs your engagement.

These Terms, the scope confirmed at enrolment, and our Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between us. If any part is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. These Terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
