2. Who this covers

We work with parents and legal guardians. Our clients are adults; our work concerns their children. Where we hold information about a child, we do so on the basis of consent given by you as their parent or legal guardian. By sharing your child's information, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

3. What we collect

From you as a parent: name, contact details, city, and payment information. About your child, as you and they provide it: age and school details, academic background, activities and interests, assessment responses, and any context you choose to share about how they learn.

Optionally: birth date, time and place, only if you choose the astrological element of our evaluation. This is never required. Automatically, when you visit our website: basic technical information such as browser type and pages viewed. Our site may use cookies and analytics or advertising tools, including from Meta, to understand how visitors reach us. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

4. Why we collect it

To assess whether we can help your family. To deliver our services and build your child's reports and roadmap. To schedule and run sessions. To process payment and meet our tax obligations. To communicate with you about your engagement. We use it for nothing else.

5. What we don't do

We do not sell your information. We do not rent or trade it. We do not use your child's information for advertising, and we do not run targeted advertising at children.

6. Who sees it

Only the people delivering your services. Where we work with associates or contractors, they are bound by confidentiality obligations.

We use trusted third-party services for things like scheduling, email, payments and file storage, which necessarily process some information on our behalf. We disclose information beyond this only where the law requires it.

7. Recordings

We may ask to record a session. We will always ask first, and you are free to say no without it affecting anything. Recordings are used internally only and are never published or used in marketing without your separate written consent.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your family's information for as long as we are working together. When the engagement ends, we delete it. Financial and tax records are kept for the periods Indian law requires.

9. Your rights

You may ask us to: tell you what information we hold about you and your child, correct anything inaccurate, delete your information, withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer deliver the services. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you may raise it with the Data Protection Board of India.

10. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including limiting access to those who need it. No system is completely secure, but we treat your family's information as confidential and hold no more of it than we need.
